My Gambling Den 21 Variety Game

I have played countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of cash at 21. The casinos have made it basically impossible to beat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this method or beat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I wager with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very exciting on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!

You need to understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you see playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar game.

Wager $5
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Wager $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of $10

Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar wager

Bet $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20

Bet twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager

Wager twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80

Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 bet

Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet $160
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first $160 wager

If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
